GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty secure Neopolis Plot 15 at Rs. 151.25 crore per acre, advancing The Cascades Neopolis as Hyderabad’s ultra-luxury residential landmark.
Hyderabad’s real estate landscape witnessed a landmark moment recently as GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty jointly won Neopolis Plot 15, a premium 4.03-acre northeast corner parcel, at Rs. 151.25 crore per acre. This bid, part of Phase 3 auction by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), marks Telangana’s second highest land bid ever, further consolidating the developers’ presence in one of the city’s most futuristic growth corridors.
The only higher bid recorded in the state this year was in Raidurg, Hyderabad Knowledge City, at ₹177 crore per acre. Within Neopolis, however, Plot 15 now holds the distinction of being the highest-priced land acquired to date, highlighting the growing appetite for prime luxury developments in Hyderabad.

This successful acquisition strengthens the developers’ flagship project, The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹3,169-crore luxury residential venture. Set to rise on Plot 14 and the newly acquired Plot 15, the project features five towers, each soaring 63 storeys and reaching a height of 217 metres. Master planning and concept development are underway, and final details on the proposed configurations, amenities, and timelines will be shared once design and statutory processes are completed.

UHA London leads the concept architecture, Coopers Hill Singapore oversees landscape design, Studio HBA Singapore manages interiors for amenities, Buro Happold UK provides structural engineering, and Quintessentially offers bespoke concierge services.
